We're proud to offer free digitizing for all our customers, even for single-item orders. We take your photos and enhance them to ensure the best possible quality before they are embroidered. We've dedicated many hours to perfecting a single embroidery design, ensuring it sews out beautifully.
Crafting your vision, no matter the starting point
Sometimes, customers come to us unsure of what they want, or with images that are challenging to work with. For example, when designing the R.A.W. logo for a group in Woodford County, we proposed incorporating the shape of Woodford County into the logo to represent their local service area. The mayor of Woodford County praised it as very professionally made. Every item we create involves repairing, resizing, and enhancing the initial image to perfection.
Solving your image challenges
Often, customers provide a small, two-inch image and want it transformed into a large, twelve-inch print for a shirt. As you may know, enlarging a thumbnail-sized image typically results in pixelated and blurry output. While these can be difficult to fix properly, we usually find a way to make it work, ensuring your final product is clear and crisp.
Our commitment to you
Our digitizing and image repair services are always free for our customers. We only ask that you don't take designs we've created for you to other businesses. Many companies charge for digitizing, but we include it as part of our dedicated service. After digitizing an embroidery file, we sew out samples and make adjustments until it looks perfect. For Jeff's Odd Jobs, we designed their logo, digitized it, and produced several items. Later, they wanted a large print of the same design on the back of shirts and hoodies. Jeff reported that the image works wonders, attracting calls from people who see the design and phone number. We're always glad to be of service.
